Terms governing the use of Guerrilla Armament’s website, products and services.

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Guerrilla Armament’s website, online store, content, customer accounts and related services. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order or using a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or submit an order.
1. WEBSITE ELIGIBILITY
This website is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the website, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms & Conditions.
The website may display an age-confirmation prompt. Completing that prompt is an access measure only. It does not independently verify identity, age, residency or legal eligibility to purchase, receive, possess or use any product.
Certain products and services may have additional age, identification, residency, licensing, eligibility or legal requirements.
2. LAWFUL USE AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You may use the website and its products and services only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the federal, state and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, receipt, installation, transfer, transportation and use of a product.
The ability to view a product, create an account, add an item to a cart, complete checkout or receive an order confirmation does not establish legal eligibility.
Guerrilla Armament may refuse, restrict or cancel a transaction that it reasonably believes cannot lawfully or safely be completed.
3. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account, billing, shipping and contact information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Using a strong and unique password
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account
- Reviewing activity performed through your account
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information or use another person’s account without authorization.
Guerrilla Armament may suspend or terminate an account associated with suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security risks or violations of these terms.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We attempt to describe and display products accurately. However, product photographs, colors, dimensions, specifications, packaging and manufacturer information may vary.
Manufacturers may revise products or packaging without notice. Website information should not replace the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, specifications or compatibility guidance.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable and compatible with their intended lawful use before installation or use. Contact Guerrilla Armament before ordering if compatibility is uncertain.
5. PRICES, AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS
Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, inventory discrepancies and other website errors.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance, availability or shipment. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an error, inventory issue, payment problem or legal restriction, we may cancel it and refund any applicable amount collected.
6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By submitting an order, you represent that:
- The information supplied is accurate
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- The purchase and destination are lawful
- The products are intended for lawful purposes
- You satisfy any applicable eligibility requirements
Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, fraud prevention, inventory availability and product or destination restrictions.
Payment may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Guerrilla Armament’s merchant-services provider has not yet been finalized.
7. SHIPPING
Guerrilla Armament currently ships only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Some products cannot be shipped to particular states, counties, cities or other jurisdictions. Availability may depend on product type, configuration, capacity, purchaser eligibility, destination and carrier requirements.
Eligible orders totaling less than $150 are charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99. Eligible orders totaling $150 or more receive free standard shipping. The qualifying total is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Oversized, unusually heavy, restricted or specially handled products may be excluded from standard or promotional shipping.
Shipping, delivery, cancellation and return terms are explained in the Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Unless excluded by the Shipping & Returns Policy, an eligible return may be requested within 30 days after confirmed delivery.
Returned products must satisfy the conditions stated in the Shipping & Returns Policy. Certain used, installed, altered, damaged, personalized, special-order, clearance, final-sale, consumable or regulated products may not be returnable.
Customers are responsible for ordinary return-shipping expenses. Guerrilla Armament covers authorized return shipping when we confirm that we shipped an incorrect product or that a product arrived damaged or defective.
All returns require prior authorization.
9. PRODUCT AND DESTINATION RESTRICTIONS
Products may be restricted according to federal, state or local laws and carrier requirements. These restrictions can change and may vary based on product features, configuration, capacity and destination.
Guerrilla Armament reviews orders for known restrictions but does not represent that website content contains a complete or continuously current explanation of every law.
We may request information, remove a restricted product or cancel an order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled. If a paid order is canceled for this reason, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
10. FIREARMS, FFL TRANSFERS AND NFA SERVICES
The ordinary website shopping cart is not intended to bypass any required identification, eligibility, background-check, Federal Firearms License transfer, National Firearms Act process or other regulated procedure.
Firearms, suppressors, serialized products and other regulated products—if offered or serviced—may require separate documentation, in-store processing, government approval or transfer through an eligible FFL.
Submitting a request, paying a fee or beginning an application does not guarantee approval or completion of a regulated transaction.
FFL transfer, fingerprint, photograph, NFA assistance, paperwork and related administrative fees may become nonrefundable after Guerrilla Armament begins performing the service or incurs a related expense.
Government fees, tax stamps, filing charges and payments retained by another organization are governed by that organization’s rules.
11. ATF EFORMS ACCOUNT SECURITY
An ATF eForms account belongs to its individual user. Customers must maintain control of their own:
- Username
- Password
- Personal identification number
- Security questions
- Security answers
- Account email
Do not provide an ATF eForms password, PIN or security answers to Guerrilla Armament employees or anyone else.
Customers must personally review and complete any certification required through their own ATF eForms account. Guerrilla Armament may assist with the process but cannot certify an application for the customer.
12. SAFETY AND PRODUCT USE
Products must be installed, maintained, stored and used safely, lawfully and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
When appropriate, installation, inspection or maintenance should be performed by a qualified professional or gunsmith.
Do not use a product that appears damaged, incompatible, incorrectly installed or unsafe. Guerrilla Armament is not responsible for misuse, unlawful use, unauthorized modification, negligent storage or installation contrary to manufacturer instructions.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, firearms-training, gunsmithing, tax or professional safety advice.
13. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system
- Interfere with website security or operation
- Introduce malicious software or code
- Scrape or automatically collect website information without authorization
- Copy or exploit website content for an unauthorized commercial purpose
- Submit false orders, fraudulent payment information or misleading information
- Violate another person’s rights
- Use the website to facilitate a prohibited transaction
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, Guerrilla Armament or others.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its original content, branding, graphics, text, layout and other materials are owned by or licensed to Guerrilla Armament and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Product names, trademarks, logos and images belonging to manufacturers or other parties remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without permission from the applicable owner.
15. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If the website permits reviews, comments, photographs or other submissions, you grant Guerrilla Armament permission to display, reproduce and use that material in connection with the website and business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that your submission:
- Is accurate and based on your genuine experience
- Does not infringe another party’s rights
- Does not contain unlawful, threatening or malicious material
- Does not reveal another person’s private information
- Is not deceptive advertising or undisclosed paid promotion
We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these standards.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may link to or use services provided by manufacturers, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics services, social-media platforms and other third parties.
Guerrilla Armament does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies or practices. Use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We attempt to maintain a reliable and secure website, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
The website may be modified, suspended or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, service-provider disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties concerning uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the completeness of general website information.
Products remain subject to any applicable express manufacturer warranty and rights that cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy or consumer right that applicable law does not permit Guerrilla Armament to exclude or limit.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guerrilla Armament will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. It also does not eliminate any remedy expressly provided under the Shipping & Returns Policy or an applicable manufacturer warranty.
No arbitrary dollar cap on liability is included; any such cap requires review and approval from Guerrilla Armament’s attorney.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, infringement of another party’s rights or unlawful or unsafe use of a product.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Guerrilla Armament for Guerrilla Armament’s own unlawful conduct, negligence or obligations that cannot legally be transferred.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Any legal proceeding concerning these terms or the website may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in North Carolina, subject to any rights or venue protections that cannot legally be waived.
No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or jury-trial waiver is included; those provisions require separate preparation and approval by Guerrilla Armament’s attorney.
22. TERMINATION
Guerrilla Armament may suspend or terminate access to the website or an account when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security threats, abuse or violation of these terms.
Provisions that logically should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, responsibility, disclaimer and dispute provisions—will remain effective.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the website, products, services or legal requirements change.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes generally apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Continued use of the website after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms.
24. SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and any product-specific or service-specific terms presented before a transaction, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the website and related purchases or services.
If product-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the more specific terms govern that product or service.
