IN-STORE NFA SERVICE: NFA items require an approved ATF application and cannot be released until all applicable federal and state requirements have been satisfied.
YOUR LOCAL NFA RESOURCE
Guerrilla Armament helps customers navigate the NFA purchasing process from product selection through application submission and final pickup. Our in-store team can assist with eligible silencers and other NFA items, required fingerprints and photographs, and the applicable ATF eForms process.
Customers may apply as individuals or through an eligible legal entity such as a trust. Guerrilla Armament cannot provide legal or tax advice; customers who need help choosing an ownership structure should consult a qualified professional.
HOW THE NFA PROCESS WORKS
We help make the in-store process straightforward. ATF approval times vary, and the item must remain with Guerrilla Armament until the transfer is approved and all release requirements are completed.
Step 01
CREATE YOUR ATF eFORMS ACCOUNT
Create your personal account through the official ATF eForms website. Use your own email address and make sure your name and personal information are entered accurately.
Step 02
SELECT YOUR NFA ITEM
Visit Guerrilla Armament to discuss your needs and select an eligible silencer or other NFA item. Our team can help explain product features and compatibility.
Step 03
CHOOSE HOW YOU WILL APPLY
Determine whether you will apply as an individual or through an eligible legal entity such as a trust. Trust applicants may need additional documentation for each responsible person.
Guerrilla Armament cannot provide legal or tax advice regarding ownership structures.
Step 04
COMPLETE PHOTOS, FINGERPRINTS & APPLICATION
Guerrilla Armament can assist with the required photograph, fingerprints, and electronic Form 4 application process in store.
Step 05
REVIEW, CERTIFY & WAIT FOR APPROVAL
Review your application carefully and personally certify it using your own ATF eForms credentials. Your silencer or NFA item will remain at Guerrilla Armament until ATF approval and completion of all applicable release requirements.
KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE: Your ATF eForms username, password, PIN, and security answers belong to you. Do not give your PIN or password to store employees or anyone else. You must personally complete the required certification.
CHOOSE YOUR APPLICATION TYPE
NFA applications may be submitted by an individual or by an eligible legal entity such as a trust. Each option has different documentation and responsible-person requirements.
APPLYING AS AN INDIVIDUAL
The individual purchaser is listed as the transferee on the Form 4 application.
The applicant must provide the required personal information, photograph, fingerprints, and certification.
This option generally involves fewer documents because there is only one applicant.
APPLYING WITH A TRUST
An eligible trust or other legal entity is listed as the transferee on the Form 4 application.
A complete copy of the trust or applicable entity documentation must be included with the application.
Each responsible person may be required to provide identifying information, a photograph, fingerprints, and the applicable responsible-person documentation.
Choose your application type before the Form 4 is prepared. Guerrilla Armament can explain the application process but cannot recommend an ownership structure or provide legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified attorney if you need help deciding.

HOW LONG DOES ATF APPROVAL TAKE?
ATF processing times vary based on the application type, submission method, applicant information, background research, and current application volume. A processing estimate is not a guarantee of approval or completion by a particular date.
Guerrilla Armament cannot expedite an ATF application after submission. Customers should use the official ATF processing-times page for the most current published estimates.
