Thank you for shopping with Guerrilla Armament. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders placed through our website are processed, shipped, canceled, returned and refunded.
Some products may be subject to additional manufacturer, carrier, age, identification, geographic or legal restrictions. Any product-specific terms displayed on a product page or communicated before purchase also apply.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment and any required order review are completed. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Orders requiring additional verification, restricted-product review, special handling or information from the customer may take longer. We may contact the customer before fulfilling an order when additional information is reasonably necessary.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability or shipment. Guerrilla Armament may cancel or decline an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, destination restrictions or legal requirements. If a canceled order has already been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Guerrilla Armament ships only within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Certain products cannot be shipped to particular states, counties, cities or other jurisdictions because of federal, state or local restrictions. Shipping availability may also depend on the product type, configuration, capacity, purchaser eligibility and any applicable carrier requirements.
Guerrilla Armament reviews orders for known shipping restrictions and may request additional information, remove a restricted product or cancel an order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled. If we cancel an order for this reason after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are also responsible for understanding the laws and regulations that apply at the shipping destination before placing an order. The ability to view a product, add it to a cart or complete checkout does not establish that the purchaser or recipient is legally eligible to purchase, receive, possess or use that product.
Product availability and shipping restrictions are subject to change without notice as laws, regulations and carrier requirements change. Please contact Guerrilla Armament before ordering if you are uncertain whether a product can be shipped to your location.
3. SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Rates may be based on the order’s destination, weight, dimensions, value, selected service and any special handling requirements.
Any free-shipping promotion applies only under the terms displayed with that promotion. Oversized, unusually heavy, restricted or specially handled products may be excluded.
4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Transit estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Checkout estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, address problems, emergencies and other circumstances outside Guerrilla Armament’s reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will provide any notice, cancellation option or refund required by applicable law.
5. TRACKING AND DELIVERY
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review the shipping address before submitting an order.
Delivery is determined using the carrier’s tracking information. Some orders may require an adult signature, identification, age verification or another form of delivery confirmation. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that an eligible recipient is available when required.
6. ADDRESS CHANGES AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Contact Guerrilla Armament immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
A shipment generally cannot be redirected after it has been transferred to the carrier. Additional shipping or carrier charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment, except where the problem was caused by Guerrilla Armament.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate a request, but an order cannot be canceled after it has shipped.
Special-order, personalized or regulated items may become noncancelable once ordering, customization, paperwork or administrative processing has begun.
If an eligible order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact Guerrilla Armament promptly and retain the item, packaging, shipping label and packing materials.
We may request photographs or other information reasonably needed to document the issue and work with the carrier or manufacturer. Do not discard or return the product until return instructions are provided.
When Guerrilla Armament confirms that it shipped an incorrect item or that an item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide an appropriate replacement, return authorization, refund or other remedy. Guerrilla Armament will cover authorized return-shipping costs when the problem was caused by us.
Manufacturer warranty claims may be referred to the manufacturer when appropriate.
9. STANDARD RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Unless a product is excluded below, customers may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- Unworn, when applicable
- Unaltered and undamaged
- Complete with all parts, manuals and accessories
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned only after authorization from Guerrilla Armament
Handling a product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it may make the product ineligible for return.
10. NONRETURNABLE AND RESTRICTED ITEMS
The following products and charges are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Personalized, modified or special-order products
- Products that have been installed, mounted, fired, used, worn, altered or damaged
- Opened cleaning chemicals, lubricants and other consumable products
- Items missing packaging, components, serial labels or accessories
- Shipping, special-handling and administrative charges
- Any product identified as nonreturnable on its product page or before purchase
Ammunition, serialized products, firearms, suppressors, NFA items and other regulated products—if offered—may be subject to stricter cancellation, shipping and return limitations. The applicable terms will be disclosed before purchase or processing.
This website’s normal shopping cart is not intended to bypass any required eligibility, identification, background-check, FFL-transfer, NFA or other regulated process.
11. FFL TRANSFERS AND NFA SERVICES
Fees for in-store FFL transfers, NFA assistance, fingerprints, photographs, paperwork or other administrative services may become nonrefundable once Guerrilla Armament begins performing the service or incurs a related cost.
Government fees, tax stamps, filing fees and charges collected or retained by another organization are governed by that organization’s rules and may not be refundable by Guerrilla Armament.
Approval of a regulated transaction is determined by the applicable government authority and is not guaranteed by Guerrilla Armament. Any refund or disposition following a denial, cancellation or abandonment will be handled according to applicable law, the product-specific agreement and any disclosed service terms.
12. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Before sending anything back, contact Guerrilla Armament to request return authorization and instructions.
Include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photographs if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Do not include sensitive identification documents, Social Security numbers, fingerprints, NFA documents, ATF eForms credentials, passwords, PINs or security answers in an ordinary return request.
13. RETURN SHIPPING
For an ordinary eligible return, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs and for securely packaging the product.
Use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking information. Guerrilla Armament is not responsible for a return shipment until it is received at our location.
If the return results from an error by Guerrilla Armament or a confirmed delivery of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return-shipping expense.
14. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS
All returned products are inspected before a refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Guerrilla Armament or applicable law requires otherwise.
A reduction may be made when an authorized return is incomplete, damaged or not in the condition required by this policy, where permitted by law. If a return is rejected, we will contact the customer regarding available options.
After Guerrilla Armament issues a refund, the customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
15. LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking does not show delivery and the shipment appears delayed or lost, contact Guerrilla Armament so that we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, begin a carrier inquiry.
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found, first check the delivery location, other household members, neighbors and any property-management or mailroom personnel. Then contact the carrier and Guerrilla Armament promptly.
Replacement or refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, carrier findings, delivery records and applicable law. We may require reasonable documentation before resolving a missing-package claim.
16. EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. When an exchange is approved, availability is not reserved until the returned product has been received and inspected.
In many cases, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement.
17. POLICY CHANGES
Guerrilla Armament may update this Shipping & Returns Policy as business practices, carriers, products or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
The policy in effect when an order was placed generally governs that order, except where a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
