Regulated transaction information and records are handled according to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Information collected for a regulated transaction may be retained for a period different from ordinary website information.

8. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The website may use cookies, local storage, pixels and related technologies to operate essential website functions, remember preferences, maintain shopping carts, support account sessions, understand website use, improve performance and support marketing where permitted.

The website may use a cookie or similar technology to remember that a visitor completed the site’s age-confirmation prompt. Age confirmation is an access measure and does not independently verify a visitor’s identity, age or legal eligibility.

Browser settings may allow visitors to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent portions of the website, account or checkout from functioning correctly.

9. ANALYTICS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party services to understand website performance, prevent fraud, deliver functionality or support advertising and marketing. These providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

The specific providers used by the website may change as the site and its services are developed.

10. EMAIL MARKETING

Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to receive information about products, promotions and company news.

Marketing emails will provide an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent Guerrilla Armament from sending nonmarketing communications concerning orders, accounts, security, legal notices or requested services.

11. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.

Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Records associated with FFL transfers, NFA services or other regulated activities may be retained according to separate legal requirements.

12. INFORMATION SECURITY

Guerrilla Armament uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect information. However, no website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers should use strong, unique passwords and should not transmit highly sensitive information through ordinary email, website forms or social-media messages.

13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY AND AGE-RESTRICTED SERVICES

Guerrilla Armament’s website is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Visitors may be asked to confirm that they are at least 18 before entering or using the website.

The age-confirmation prompt is a website-access measure only. It does not independently verify a visitor’s identity or age and does not establish eligibility to purchase, possess, receive or transfer any product.

The website is not directed to children under 13, and Guerrilla Armament does not knowingly collect online personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information through the website, we may take appropriate steps to delete it.

Individuals under 18 should not create an account, place an order, subscribe to marketing or submit personal information through the website.

Certain products and services are subject to additional age, identification, residency, eligibility and other legal requirements. Visiting the website, passing the age-confirmation prompt, creating an account or placing an item in a shopping cart does not establish eligibility for a regulated product or service.

14. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, customers may request to:

  • Review or update account information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of certain information
  • Unsubscribe from marketing communications
  • Ask questions about how information is handled

Some information may need to be retained for transactions, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, tax requirements or regulated recordkeeping.

Requests may be subject to reasonable identity verification before they are completed.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, manufacturers, social networks, government resources or service providers. Guerrilla Armament does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

Visitors should review the privacy policy of any third-party website they use.

16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Guerrilla Armament may update this Privacy Policy as its website, business practices, providers or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
